We recomend that this pump only be used for small (5 inch) balloons and for modelling balloons.  While it can be used to inflate larger balloons, we do not really recomend it as it is hard work!  If you are looking to inflate larger balloons or a large quantity of balloons we would recomend either using an electric air inflator or air compressor.
