This Child Creepy Twins Blue Dress Costume is perfect for haunting this Halloween!

The dress is made from blue with white dots stretch fabric and has a rear velcro closure at the neck..

It has puffy short sleeves, a Peter-Pan collar with white trim and white lace trims on sleeves and hem.
