Pack of 6 clear 12in. (30cm) 1st birthday latex balloons with 14g of pink & gold confetti included (confetti is separate in the pack - it is not inside the balloons.) Funnel included to slide confetti into each balloon. Balloons are helium quality. 

NB: When confetti-filled latex balloons are inflated completely with helium, the confetti inside settles to the botttom of the balloon. If you wish for the confetti to spread around the balloon, fill the balloon partially with air (approx. 10%) and then helium before creating static on the surface of the balloon (i.e. with a dry tea towel.)
