Pack of 5 clear 16in. (40cm) latex balloons with pale mixed colour star confetti included (colour of confetti may vary slightly from image.) Balloons are helium quality. 

NB: When confetti-filled latex balloons are inflated completely with helium, the confetti inside settles to the botttom of the balloon. If you wish for the confetti to spread around the balloon, fill the balloon partially with air (approx. 10%) and then helium before creating static on the surface of the balloon (i.e. with a dry tea towel.)
