Clear 24in. (60.9cm) latex balloon balloon kit, perfect for heaps of different occasions! Kit includes the 60.9cm balloon, a balloon tail (approx. 1.8m in length) and multicoloured paper confetti (approx. 10g.) Balloon is helium quality.
NB: When confetti-filled latex balloons are inflated completely with helium, the confetti inside settles to the botttom of the balloon. If you wish for the confetti to spread around the balloon, fill the balloon partially with air (approx. 10%) and then helium before creating static on the surface of the balloon (i.e. with a dry tea towel.)
