Easy to use Clear Isomalt Crystals 400g. Perfect for making amazing cake decorations such as pulled sugar, edible gems, fake ice cubes, geode crystals and custom lollipops. Instructions for melting are included on the packaging. Isomalt will not crystalise and gel colour can be added, if no colour is added Isomalt will dry clear. It can be sculpted or moulded into almost any shape using heat resitant molds.
