PACK CONTAINS:

• 5 sheets of edible silver leaf each measuring approx. 8cm x 8cm

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

These gold leaves are very extrememly delicate so care must be taken when removing them from the packaging and when applying the product 

1. Brush the surface of your cake/dessert with water or apply adhesive medium such as a confectioners glaze
2. Allow the adhesive to become tacky before attempting to transfer the leaf
3. Mask of areas to prevent the accidental transfer of leaf
4. Leaf is best handled with tweezers - do not use fingers 
5. Once your leaf has been placed and attached to your cake/dessert you may need to smooth it down.
   • To smooth, gently and very lightly brush your leaf/transfer sheet with a high quality make-up brush, or use the transfer sheet to gently smooth the leaf

STORAGE & HANDLING:

• This product WILL NOT maintain its quality if exposed to air, light or humidity
  • Before opening - store in a dark place between 18-28°C 
  • After opening - carefully cover any unused leaves in cling wrap and store in an airtight container in a dark place between 18-28°C
