Ideal for anyone wanting to colour white chocolate when making homemade chocolates for gifts or just because!  This tasteless black oil based powdered dye is simple to use, simply add a few shakes of powder to melted white chocolate and mix.  To achieve the best colour result, work in very small batches (1-2 Tablespoons at a time).  Powders can also be used to colour Fondant, butter frostings and modelling paste.  To make a liquid paste, add a drop or two of boiling water to some powder colour.
