These small metallic red balloons are 12cm (5in) in diameter when inflated and are perfect for any party!  Each pack has 100 balloons, and are perfect for topiary trees, table decorations and much more and will ensure your decorations look fabulous!  Made of biodegradable, helium quality latex, but they are designed to be filled with air and used in table decorations.
