This Mexican themed flag pennant banner is the perfect decoration for any party!  With 24 paper flags in a pack (each measuring approx. 15cm across x 18cm downwards), which come together to form a banner which measures approx. 4.57m in total length, and black ribbon included for creating a flag banner (flags come pre-hole punched), it's easily coordinated with the rest of our party decorations!  Sure to be a big hit!
