These small balloons are 12cm (5in.) in diameter when inflated and are perfect for any party!  Each pack has 100 balloons, and are perfect for topiary trees, table decorations and much more and will ensure your decorations look fabulous!  Made of biodegradable, helium quality latex, but they are designed to be filled with air and used in table decorations. 

PLEASE NOTE: These latex balloons are smaller than your standard latex balloons. They roughly inflate to the same size as a water balloon. Due to their size these latex balloons are best inflated with air, filling them with helium will result in them only floating for an hour at most and may be weighed down by ribbon attached.
