CHANGING AND TRACKING MY ORDER.
- We encourage you to visit My Account to view the delivery status of your order. The order of procedure noted will be one of the following;
- R = Received which means that the order has been received by our warehouse. Up to this stage it may be possible for you to change your order by telephoning us with your request.
- P = Packed which means that the order is packed and waiting for pick up by Australia Post or our courier.
- D = Dispatched which means that Australia Post has collected your order and you may expect delivery to your premises as follows; Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne, 2 to 5 working days. Other capitals, and New South Wales, Queensland and Victorian regional areas, 3 to 8 working days. Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and remote Queensland areas, 7 to 12 working days.
Your account will list Australia Post's dispatch advice number which will enable you to contact your local post office for further information.
