The nose has a piece of elastic attached which will secure it around the head. The chin works like a suction cup, by firmly pushing it onto the chin it creates an air seal keeping it in place.

NB: The chin will come loose when talking, eating etc. For a more secure 'all night' fit we reccomend using liquid latex to adhere this to your actual chin. You can find tutorials on how to apply prosthetic's with liquid latex on YouTube.
